Student Liaison Committee

Students and Faculty Wanted

The Student Liaison committee would like to invite students and faculty involved in academic pursuits related to the healthcare IT field to participate in our UHIMSS educational events.  These events provide both technical information and networking opportunities.

We would also like to have a student representative from each academic program on our committee.  This would allow a bi-directional channel between UHIMSS and students.  If you are interested in becoming more involved with HIMSS, please contact the committee chairs.

Student Scholarships

We are offering two $1000 scholarships for 2025!
Application Deadline: February 28, 2025
Winners will be announced at our in-person Spring event in late April/early May.

Note: Applicants must maintain student status throughout the academic year to be eligible.
