Communications Committee

The Communications Committee provides regular communication to UHIMSS members and the Utah healthcare community about chapter activities and membership opportunities.

• Ensure that the chapter communicates to membership regularly to inform of upcoming programs and development opportunities.

• Ensure ongoing production of print or electronic newsletters, bulletins; educational event notices or brochures, and other communications, as appropriate.

• Update chapter website or provide webmaster with information to update the website.

The Communications Committee meets monthly and has student, professional, and healthcare physician leaders as volunteers. Communciations Leadership includes:

We are currently looking for volunteers who are experts in email marketing and segmentation, as well as website updates. We have worked with interns who are meeting their masters of healthcare administration schooling requirements. Please volunteer using our volunteer sign up form.
